Local software success story, Jama, has moved into their new offices in the Pearl District located at 1044 NW 9th Avenue. The space is a brand new build out,  complete with a large meeting space/employee lounge area at the front end of the offices. The balance of the space is primarily open area with perimeter small conference rooms and two larger, more formal conference rooms tucked in the back corner for privacy. The space is complete with a ramp (doubles as a skateboard run), indoor bike rack (under construction) and access to showers/lockers for those more active employees.  Originally designated a retail space, Jama was able to take advantage of a large floor-to-ceiling glassline and exposed mechanicals to create a more industrial feel for their work environment.

The total size of this fantastic ground floor office is 12,513 RSF and finishes off the Ziba World headquarters building after a couple of years of sitting vacant. Congratulations to our client Jama Software on their new home!
